AISLING pronounced "ash-ling" is an irish term that means to dream or vision.

Established in 2017, Aisling Futbol is an elite training academy the unites both male and female players of all ages, backgrounds, creeds and cultures toward the same dream - to become futbol stars!

Our vision at Aisling Futbol is to provide an extensive realm of services that expand the horizons of player development and opportunity. Aisling Futbol is the "trail-blazer" of youth futbol development and higher level exposure/opportunities. By integrating innovative training sessions, with detailed analysis and exclusive resources that focus specifically on the player, Aisling Futbol is changing the forefront of youth futbol development for male and female athletes alike. Aisling Futbol is committed to equipping our players with vital life skills such as focus, confidence and discipline that will prove to be key factors in all other aspects of their future on and off the pitch.

Aisling futbol is defined as the "center of excellence", where the culture of Aisling Futbol encompases discipline, work-ethic and passion that allows our athletes to both envision and strive toward their dreams.

FOUNDERS

Aisling Futbol was founded in 2017 by Brian Leighton and Marco Viscariello, who combined, have nearly 50 years of playing & coaching experience. Both Marco and Brian share an extensive passion for the game but they also share a drive toward helping young players master their craft in efforts to reach their future goals.
The philosophy behind Aisling futbol extends much further than simply training players, rather Aisling extensively supports its athletes by providing services and resources that significantly increase opportunities.
Brian and Marco define Aisling Futbol as the "CENTER OF EXCELLENCE" that honed in on the nuances of player development and extended opportunities for players of all levels.

Brian Leighton:
Started his soccer career as a youth player and played his way through club, high school and college. Leighton was a 4-year starting goalkeeper for Mount Ida College where he ranks within the top 5 of all goalkeeper accoldates in Mount Ida College program history:

Marco Viscariello:
Began his soccer career as a youngster in his hometown of Caracas, Venezuela. He eventually came to the United States to attend Franklin Pierce University on a soccer scholarship. He helped the Ravens to back-to-back NCAA Division II Tournament appearances in 1993, 1994, and 1995.
